Adaptive Service – Field Service Management Software
Digital support for field service companies
Adaptive Service is field service management software for companies that carry out work at customer sites. It covers service order handling, team scheduling, service documentation, communication between dispatchers and field technicians, and data exchange with other systems used in your organization.
Our field service management system covers the entire service request lifecycle – from intake and visit scheduling to generating service reports and recording the work history. It also gives access to data on equipment, installations and sites, so all service data is kept in one place.
One system to run your field service operations
Adaptive Service was built for companies that dispatch service technicians and engineers to the field. The platform has been developed over several years based on lessons learned from real implementations and customer feedback, so it addresses the actual challenges of running a mobile service operation.
What our customers have in common is field work, extensive documentation and the need to manage service order execution efficiently.
The system is used by companies working in areas such as:
- fuel station service,
- fire protection,
- industrial automation,
- air conditioning and HVAC,
- car wash maintenance,
- environmental measurements,
- biogas plant operations.
Adaptive Service lets you build forms, service reports, inspection reports, checklists and any other documents used during field work.
All materials are linked to a specific service order, so every follow-up visit has access to earlier entries, photos, notes and technical instructions. Certificates, wiring diagrams and other files used by the service team can also be stored in one place.
Documentation can be completed on site and signed directly on the mobile device.
Every completed service order is stored with its full set of materials, so managers and technicians have access to the complete work history of each site or asset.
The system includes tools for scheduling and dispatching your service team.
Dispatchers can track the service schedule, service order status and the job locations of field technicians. This makes it easier to plan upcoming visits and respond to changes while service requests are in progress.
The service request management system also shows due dates, assigned technicians and the progress of each service order.
All data is in one place, so the service manager can plan the whole team’s work faster and keep track of progress.
Adaptive Service provides a chat attached to every service order, so all information about a given job stays in one place.
Field technicians and dispatchers can exchange messages, photos and files without separate messaging apps.
Conversations are linked to the specific service request, so it’s easy to go back to earlier arrangements or check the files shared.
The system also sends push notifications to the team, and managers have real-time visibility of service order progress. This improves the flow of information between the back office and the field team and reduces the risk of missing important details of a service request.
When a service order is closed, its photos, notes, service reports and a log of the work performed remain in the system.
Adaptive Service keeps the service history of each site or asset, so the full record of previous work is available to whoever handles the next visit.
Collecting data this way makes it easier to prepare for the next visit and removes the need to search for information in many different places.
The technician gets access to previous entries, documentation and technical materials before starting work on site.
Adaptive Service integrates with the systems your company already uses, making it easier to exchange data between business areas.
It connects with ERP software, warehouse and HR systems, as well as the platforms your customers use to submit service requests.
Integrations cover the exchange of service orders, working hours, stock movements and job progress.
This eliminates manual data re-entry and keeps data flowing consistently between the service department and the rest of the business.
Mobile app for field technicians
Adaptive Service consists of two integrated components.
The first is a mobile app for the people working in the field. It gives the technician everything needed to carry out service orders: job details, documentation, communication with the dispatcher and the service schedule.
The app shows the daily plan and the schedule as a list or calendar view. Technicians can check the dates of their assigned visits and propose rescheduling when needed.
Final schedule approval stays with the service manager. While working on a service order, the technician can also complete documentation, take photos, add notes and sign service reports directly on the mobile device. The app also works offline – data is synced automatically once the connection is restored.

Web application for dispatchers
The second component of Adaptive Service is a web application for dispatchers and service managers. It lets you manage the whole team from one place and gives access to the schedules, service orders and data needed to run field operations.
The dispatcher can view every technician’s schedule as a list, calendar or Gantt chart, schedule upcoming visits and approve dates proposed by technicians.
The system also shows service order statuses, job locations, documentation, photos and the service history of individual assets and installations.
It also brings together customer data, the company’s asset register, stock issues and timesheets. The dispatcher can send notifications to technicians and monitor the progress of all service orders in real time.

FAQ:
Adaptive Service is field service management software designed for companies that work in the field. It fits best where technicians carry out service orders away from the company’s premises. It is used by companies in HVAC, fire protection and industrial automation, among others.
It gives technicians access to their schedule, documentation, photos, equipment data and the history of previous visits on any mobile device. It also makes it easier to complete service reports, take notes and handle service requests without switching between multiple tools.
Adaptive Service streamlines scheduling and handling of service requests, with new service orders and repair history available in one place. This makes it easy to review previous work, prepare for upcoming visits and organize the service team’s daily work.
We provide the server infrastructure and storage the system needs. Dispatchers only need a standard computer with internet access and a web browser. For field technicians we recommend tablets with a stylus, but smartphones work well too.
